Why is my dog so misbehaved?

I have a dobeman that is 18months old, he has a lovely temprement but is so misbehaved, he is contantly leaping up on the kitchen side to find food, chewing things including clothes(his favorite is underware including the childrens). he was house trained until a few months ago, since we get up every morning and he has messed in the kitchen. We are at our wits ends> We love him very much but patience is growing thin. Please what can we do?

Keep him on a leash at all times! Teach him the do’s and the dont’s! Maybe you should keep him in a crate at night….
