how do i make my dog poop faster?

i have a 2 year old lab that keeps pooping at the wrong times. i gave him food at six thirty p.m. and he had until ten thirty at night to poop but he still didn’t go. if i give him food in the morning he will poop while im at school. are there any secrets or tips to make him poop faster in order to potty train him. Please help! this could make a dog’s life a lot happier.

He may not have to go at night. My dog eats his meal in the evening but he normally doesn’t poop until the next morning. If the dog is 2, you might want to try feeding him once a day instead of in the morning and evening. Getting him on a regular eating schedule will probably help put him on a regular bathroom schedule.
