Dog Training Sydney

Are there any transport services from Sydney to Canberra that allow pets?
Are there any bus/train/etc. services that allow pets to travel as well? I’ve looked into Murrays and they have a no pets policy, and there’s nothing on Greyhounds mentioning pets that I’ve come across.
I have a small dog, a Papillion, so she wouldn’t take up much room if she was to travel, though I’m concerned for her comfort. If she was to spend three hours in a hot, stuffy, ill-ventilated area with the danger of luggage bags falling on top of her crate all the time, I won’t be very satisfied…
Thanks for the help, everyone. ^^

Do any transport services have ventilated luggage areas? For buses I know that may be hard... but for trains, maybe? I can understand that they won't let animals in the passenger area, but if the luggage area isn't horribly stuffy, then that's ideal too.
none that would let you take it in the passenger section, you can fly your dog there but it would be in a crate in the luggage hold.
